The primary objective of the Salon is to foster and elevate the field of photography in New Zealand. Entry fees are structured to ensure that the Salon achieves a financial balance.

 Any surplus funds acquired through sponsorships or other means are reinvested into the competition through enhancements in equipment and processes.

 It's worth noting that all our committee members are volunteers who generously contribute their time and expertise to efficiently manage the Salon.
